Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 11000 (ORANGE), is performed for cleaning and polishing stone surfaces (Marble, Granit, Concrete, Terrazzo, Tiles) suitable for all range of scrubber-driers, grinding and polishing machines.

Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 11000, is best used for mechanical removal of accumulated dirt and very shallow scratches (up to 2-4 microns deep).

Due to the pad’s structure, formed by a special synthetic adhesive, process of Grinding, Cleaning and Polishing is exclusively water-based. Water cools the adhesive and removes the dirt with grinding remains (grinding powder). Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 11000, can be used for dry cleaning  if pads 1500 and 3000 were used before it.

Usage of diamond pad 11000 will increase high gloss of the Surface, which was polished with a diamond pad 3000. This pad can be used as a replacement of a diamond pad 3000. In order to  complete the polishing procedure it is recommended to do minimum 10 runs of the machine over the surface.

The diamond pad 11000 is recommended to be used for everyday cleaning both removing dirt and polishing at the same cleaning cycle.

Systematic usage of this pad for ongoing maintenance of a stone Surface result in a very high gloss appearance without the necessity of  multiple daily running of the machine.

The average usage of diamond pad 11000 is from 1000 to 20000 m² of stone surface.
