Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 800 (WHITE), is performed for cleaning and polishing stone surfaces (Marble, Granit, Concrete, Terrazzo, Tiles) suitable for all range of scrubber-driers, grinding and polishing machines.

Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 800, is best used for mechanical removal of accumulated dirt and shallow scratches (up to 25-29 microns deep).

Due to the pad’s structure, formed by a special synthetic adhesive, process of Grinding, Cleaning and Polishing is exclusively water-based. Water cools the adhesive and removes the dirt with grinding remains (grinding powder). Diamond pad Polor, abrasive grade 800, can be used for dry cleaning  if the pad 400  was used before it.

Usage of diamond pad 800 will make a surface smoother and gives a light gloss. In order to  complete the polishing procedure it is recommended to do minimum 10 runs of the machine over the surface.

The diamond pad 800 is recommended to be used for daily cleaning both removing dirt and polishing at the same cleaning cycle.

Systematic usage of this pad for ongoing maintenance of a stone Surface result in a light shine appearance without the necessity of  multiple daily running of the machine.

The average usage of diamond pad 800 is from 500 to 2000 m² of stone surface.
